Getting Started Training Series
As a new travel agent with KHM Travel Group, you will enter our custom-designed New Agent Training Program. This program consists of watching a series of online training videos, completing Training Activities, and taking a final assessment online. The training videos cover topics that include learning how to use your “back office,” promoting and marketing your travel business, and the basics of booking travel. Successful completion of the final assessment is required at the end of the training series in order for you to be qualified to book travel. Once you successfully complete our New Agent Program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from our Training & Agent Support Team and will know the basics in booking travel.
We understand that you may be new to the industry and feel uneasy about approaching people about your new career as a travel agent. KHM Travel Group has developed a unique way for agents to use Luxēvo™ as a “door-opener” that makes it easy and fun to talk to people about travel. You will also become Luxēvo™ certified, enabling you to start selling as soon as you complete the brief 60 minute Luxēvo™ certification training. As part of the Luxēvo™ program, you can sell pre-packaged vacations, making it easier for you to start selling travel right away as you work in the meantime to complete your New Agent Training.
