Travel Agent Connection is the consumer website we provide to our independent travel agents. Banners will link to a promotion page within the site that includes the sale name, booking window, travel window, promotion details, and terms & conditions.

Agent Access Weekly Spotlight Ad
Agent Access Weekly is emailed to our agents every Thursday. There are two versions – one that focuses on cruise suppliers and one that focuses on land. Each contains the latest promotions and agent incentives. Ad will run for a month. Priority placement of promotions within the text portion of the email will be given.

The KHM Travel Insider newsletter is emailed to our agent every Tuesday. Unlike Agent Access Weekly, KHM Travel Insider focuses on events, news, agent resources, and education opportunities.

Sponsored Email (eBlast)
KHM Travel Group will send an email to our agents on your behalf. Content (text and images) or HTML email code must be provided. All sponsored email blasts include KHM Travel Group’s header and footer. KHM Travel Group is not responsible for issues that arise from importing HTML/CSS code into Active Campaign. Email analytics provided upon request.

Text Messages

KHM Today Show Sponsorship / Segment
KHM Today is a weekly web-based talk show for travel advisors. Available on YouTube and as a podcast, KHM Today offers our supplier partners the opportunity to reach travel advisors on a whole new level and talk about things they might not hear through any other outlet. 

The show streams live on YouTube Wednesdays at 3pm ET and is uploaded to our podcast platforms in the following days/by the end of the week.

Each show is made up of multiple segments including one on-camera segment with an industry expert. Typically, we ask that these guests are Vice President level and above. 

Visit the KHM Today playlist on our YouTube channel to view past episodes.

Frequency: One segment per quarter
• Topics can range from what is happening in the industry to wellness, and general travel tips. This segment IS NOT for advertising specific products, but for more about brand awareness and news from industry insiders.

Facebook Live
Join Bill Coyle or other KHM Travel Group team members for an engaging conversation-style Facebook Live to be broadcasted in our private Agent Only Group. Facebook Lives occur on Mondays and Fridays at 1pm ET.

You will receive a link via email with available Facebook Live dates to choose from.

Social Media Package
Have our marketing team come to you to capture first-hand footage of your resorts to share online. Our team of writers, photographers, videographers and social media experts will visit your resorts and use footage from our stay to complete the following:
• A short video series to use on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. 4-6 videos of 30 second to a minute long videos featuring lifestyle type footage. This includes advertisement of series to our agent base and education on how to use these videos in their advertising efforts. Valued at $10,000.
• KHM Today On-Location. One or two episodes of KHM Today filmed to be used throughout the year. These episodes can be exclusive to Sandals with no other suppliers on those days. These two episodes will count for two of your four segments for the year. Additional segments can be filmed for later in the year. Valued at $5,000 per whole episode.
Blog post specific to Sandals brand. Valued at $1,000
Video spotlighting accessibility and other DE&I initiatives. Valued at $5,000.
• Photography footage for sharing with our agents to help them sell Sandals. Your team would have access to these photographs to share on your site. Valued at $5,000.

The Supplier Guide is a color publication that highlights Preferred Suppliers and includes an overview of their brand and reasons why to book with them. This piece is made available online.

Digital Advertisement Submission Instructions

Designed ads must be sent to [email protected]. A yearly fee of $1,000/$250 per quarter will be issued for advertisements that need to be created or resized by our team. This fee must be selected on your contract, otherwise our team will not alter nor create any content on your company’s behalf. Please provide content for ad including text, image attachments in .pdf, .jpg, .png or .gif format (or a URL where they can be found), offer details and required disclaimers preferably at the beginning of each month/quarter.

Email content can be any length of copy. Please include disclaimers if they exist for any offers. Minimal styling can be applied. (bold, title text, regular copy etc.) Allow at least 5 business days for creation and testing. Exact delivery date is based on availability.

Please send new ads prior to the first of the month to ensure maximum placement time.

Please note when referencing KHM Travel Group in your ad, please always refer to us as “KHM Travel” or “KHM Travel Group;” never just “KHM.”
