KHM Travel Group closed out the first month of the year with an outstanding group of travel agents at Boot Camp 2.0. Boot Camp 2.0 is perfect for established agents who want to reach the next level of success.
This four-day event includes several business-building sessions including:
- Your Agency Numbers
- Future of Your Agency
- Understanding Your Travel Business
- Your Business Finances
All information is delivered by KHM Travel Group’s team of experts, so the content is specific to the unique needs of our agents. In addition to these sessions, we also had plenty of time for more in-depth half-day sessions on myTravelCRM and marketing.
Attendees learned hands-on, used the CRM, and asked questions about the best ways to use the client relationship management system that’s included in their membership with KHM Travel Group.
Agents heard from our entire marketing team for a full morning of ways to make marketing work for them. Topics included: Branding, Meta for Business, Canva, Marketing Plans, Social Media, Newsletter Marketing, and In-Person Events. A new presentation about Creating Raving Fans provided reminders about the power of retaining good clients and referrals. Professional communication and customer service can make a huge difference in building a list of clients who can become your agency’s biggest cheerleaders.
Another new session called “Less Hustle, More Flow” was also added this year. Workflows and automation can be extremely helpful for busy travel agents. Time management and tips for utilizing AI tools were highlights of this new part of 2.0.
Boot Camp 2.0 isn’t just instructor-led presentations. Small group activities, an agent panel, and lively discussions are a huge reason why this event is so impactful. A casual dinner at a local brewery and meal breaks provided time for agents to get to know each other and chat throughout the week.

Because this event fell on the last day for Karen on the Commissions Team, a special visitor joined us one afternoon. Beloved Cleveland Guardians mascot Slider stopped by to wish top Guards fan Karen farewell and greet our 2.0 attendees. This fun guest shows that you never know what exciting surprises will happen at a KHM Travel Group event!
While most attendees were in person, we also offered a virtual attendee option. Those who attended virtually had access to the sessions with a live chat to ask questions and communicate with fellow online Boot Camp 2.0 agents and the dedicated moderator from our team.
