On the Concourse is KHM Travel Group’s travel agent series that brings the vibrant, welcoming spirit of our live events to cities across the United States.
At this event, small groups of agents gather to hear from our Engagement Team about our newest resources and best practices. Attendees also exchange ideas and build lasting friendships that continue to grow after the event.
Each On the Concourse event kicks off with a brief welcome from our team, which usually includes multiple members of our Engagement Team. Agents also introduce themselves and share why they got started in travel. Suppliers often join in during lunch to explain the latest updates with their brand and answer questions.
Each attendee receives a folder with their personalized sales report for the last 5 years and a packet of resource handouts about the Agent Journey, regional groups, education options, and a monthly agent strategy guide.
While agents review their reports, our team shares techniques to help agents analyze their individual sales and learn how to focus on the areas that can propel them to the next step in their Agent Journey.

Since its launch in 2022, On the Concourse has visited California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey/New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
