Individual Membership
Best for: People who want to build and manage their own travel business
Do you like having the freedom to make decisions, set your own goals, and determine how you spend your time? Are you organized, self-motivated, or excited about learning something new? Individual Membership might be the right fit.
You don’t need previous travel industry experience to get started. Whether you’re coming from a completely different career or balancing another job, Individual Membership gives you a foundation for starting your own business.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your goals
- Like connecting with people and helping them plan vacations
- Are eager to learn new skills and put them into practice
- Want the flexibility to develop your business at your own pace
- Prefer to make your own decisions about your business’s direction

Partner Membership
Best for: Two people who want to build and operate one travel business together
Some people thrive when they can brainstorm, share responsibilities, and build something alongside a trusted partner. That’s the idea behind KHM Travel Group’s Partner Membership. Whether you’re spouses, friends, family members, or business partners, you can work together under one brand while accessing our support, tools, education, and resources.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have someone who shares your interest in building a travel business
- Enjoy collaborating and dividing up responsibilities
- Bring unique skills, experience, or social circles to the table
- Want to attend KHM Travel Group events or certain industry trips with someone you know
- Are comfortable communicating openly about expectations
When selecting a partner, it’s essential to find someone whose goals and vision aligns with yours. Keep in mind, Partner Membership has a defined structure. Partner 1 pays membership fees and receives and manages commission payouts. Partner 2 works within that business as an employee or independent contractor.

Agency Program
Best for: Experienced travel professionals who are ready to grow an established business by building a team
Have you developed a strong foundation as a travel agent and started thinking about what’s next? Maybe you enjoy creating processes or helping other people develop their skills. If your long-term goal is to lead a team instead of managing every client interaction yourself, this option may be ideal for you.
Our Agency Program is designed for qualified agents who want to expand their business, bring Associate Agents onto their team, and operate their own agency. Agency Directors take on responsibilities associated with leading a team including handling agent commissions and tax documentation.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience selling travel or managing a business
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others learn
- Are comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility for a team
- Have business processes in place and are ready to develop them further
- Are interested in scaling your business with long-term growth in mind
