Why Do KHM Travel Agents Attend the Crystal Conference?

The annual Crystal Conference is our biggest event of the year! KHM Travel Group Agents come together from across the country to set sail on an adventure, during which they will gain new insights by meeting with travel suppliers, exploring a new destination, and networking with their fellow KHM Travel Agents. For many of our agents, it is a “can’t miss” event, and we asked a few Crystal Conference veterans to explain why.
“If you are not registered, and thinking, “Why should I go? It’s so expensive. I don’t sell cruises. I’m not winning anything.” Well, I had several of those thoughts 3 years ago. I didn’t want to go. I didn’t really sell Carnival. I didn’t think I was going to win anything, and well, I wanted to save my time away from my family for something that was really going to impact my business.
Well, let me say, I’m so glad I went. I did come home a winner! Not with a Crystal Award, but full of energy for my business, full of relationships that helped me move forward to grow my business, and full of knowledge that didn’t know I needed. GO, GO, GO!”
