Qualify Your Clients
When it comes to qualifying your clients for a potential stay at one of these all-inclusive resorts, it’s important to ask the right questions.
First, KHM Travel Group Agents can start with our Qualifying Forms in MyTravelAgentPortal. Arrange a time to speak with your clients on the phone and talk through the questions and prompts on the form to gather the research you need to prepare suitable quotes.
Then, if you haven’t yet, complete your training on the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, available through the Hyatt Inclusive Collection agent portal, Confidant Collective.
The Brands
Now that you have completed your consultation and training, use your research to explore the options within the resort brand* that align with your clients’ needs and wish list.
Here is an overview of six of the brands:

Impression by Secrets
Poised at the pinnacle of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio, Impression by Secrets dazzles guests with elevated luxury, breathtaking views, and a romantic beachfront setting. These resorts might be perfect for clients who want an elevated resort experience at a smaller property catering to adults who seek privacy, peace, and intimacy.

Zoetry Wellness & Spa Resorts
From the Greek words zoe and poetry, (“life” and “poetry,” respectively) Zoetry is a boutique-style haven with unique enriching experiences in a setting that feels both peaceful and art-inspired.
While Zoetry Wellness & Spa Resorts are not adult-only properties, they do not cater to children and do not offer amenities that generally draw families.

Secrets Resorts & Spas
Over the years, Secrets Resorts & Spas have enticed guests to return again and again to experience their elegant rooms, numerous restaurants, and beautiful beachy backdrops. While visitors appreciate the similarities between resorts that make each stay feel comfortable and familiar (e.g. the restaurants, room category names, etc.), they usually have a favorite property.

Combining a beachfront resort experience with a playful fusion of music, art, fashion, and culture, Breathless is for adults who seek a livelier atmosphere and the opportunity to mingle with and enjoy time with other guests. (But also crave relaxation at the beach!)
