What to Expect Now

The next step in your membership request process is to speak with someone on our Membership Team to discuss the information you provided. If you’re ready to get started right away, you can call us at 888-611-1220 on Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. If you prefer to schedule a Zoom call, please use the calendar below:

 

Following the call, we will review your membership request, which can take up to one full business day. If you completed your form on a weekend or holiday, please allow us additional time to get caught up once we are back in the office. 

After we’ve reviewed your information and have an idea of how we can best set you on the path to success, we will either call or email you to complete your enrollment. At this point, we will ask for your payment information.

Payment Options

There are two membership payment options:

Monthly: One-time registration fee of $149.00 plus $64.95/month. Your first payment will be $213.95.

Annual: One-time registration fee of $50.00 plus $649.00 for a year of membership. Your first payment will be $699.00.

With either option, it is the same 12-month initial commitment, with the option to cancel anytime after the first 12 months. Canceling before the first 12 months would result in an early termination fee of $200.
