This past week, we asked KHM Travel agents to share a future travel survey with their clients to gauge their level of comfort and interest in traveling this year.
The numbers below reflect the thoughts and desires of more than 3,000 travelers who work with travel agents. Gathering this information is crucial to understanding how we as a host agency help our agents with future bookings. Even more importantly, it’s essential for our agents to better understand their clients’ mindset and anticipate their travel needs.
For both questions, respondents were able to select as many responses as were applicable to them.
We know that not all of these factors are in the control of travel agents. However, when armed with insights from this survey, we hope that our travel agents can focus their efforts on what they can control right now: offering great values to their clients and showcasing opportunities to plan bucket-list trips in the future.
