What to Expect at KHM Travel’s Largest-Ever Destination Success

The KHM Travel Group corporate office is buzzing with anticipation today, as we prepare to welcome 80 travel agents to Destination Success this week.
This is our largest in-house travel agent training seminar to date, with four information-packed days designed to help travel agents take their business to the next level.
Throughout the course of Destination Success, we will also be welcoming more than 20 different travel suppliers to help our agents increase their product knowledge. On Wednesday and Thursday mornings, travel agents will have the chance to connect one-on-one with supplier representatives at our vendor trade show.
In addition to supplier-specific presentations, agents will learn about fraud prevention, how to keep their business compliant, and the basics of social media marketing.
Preparing to welcome 80 travel agents to our home office!
We’ve also amped up our fall edition of Destination Success with several very special training opportunities.
On Wednesday, all the attendees will have the chance to become Sandals experts during the Certified Sandals Specialist Training.
On Thursday evening, we’ll be taking a trip to the Hard Rock Café in downtown Cleveland for an exclusive Hard Rock Genesis training session.
And on Friday, we are welcoming back Holland America Line for their captivating OnStage Alaska presentation!
Our catering team will be keeping agents fueled with snacks, meals and refreshments between sessions. We also have Murderous Mayhem lined up as the entertainment for Friday evening. Whoever solves the mystery at the end of this hilarious ‘whodunit’ will be rewarded with a special prize!
