Step 2: Confirm Military or First Responder Status

Please use the form below to securely send us proof of your military/veteran/first responder/spouse status so that you can receive a discount on enrollment.

Please note: If you are enrolling under our military or first responder discount, you must complete your enrollment over the phone so we can apply the discount. You will not be enrolled after you submit the below form.

Upon receiving proof of military or first responder status through the form, our Memberships Team will be in touch with you to complete your enrollment.

You will be receiving a call from 330-460-5635, which is our Memberships Team, to complete your enrollment by the end of the next business day. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have about your new career as a travel agent.
