Bill Coyle (2020)
Vice President of Agent Engagement

Bill is a beacon of energy, always bringing innovative ideas for growth to our company and agents. During the pandemic, Bill worked tirelessly to advocate for travel advisors. He implemented solutions for agents and their clients. Spending his days on Facebook Lives and answering messages and emails at all hours, he kept everyone updated on ever-changing policies. Bill was also crucial in the development of two innovative programs in 2020–Virtual EDU and the Agent-to-Agent series, which later became KHM Today.
Colleen Wintersteller (2021)
Manager of Human Resources

Colleen came to KHM Travel Group right when COVID-19 was taking control of the country. She worked daily with our team members to help everyone remain employed though government assistance and state-funded programs. And through it all, Colleen ensured everyone felt comfortable with all the changes that were constantly happening. Always seeking out the positive in situations, Colleen truly cares about the team, doing her job with kindness and a People First attitude.
Madison Isom (2021)
Special Projects and Facilities Manager

Madison embodied the idea of going above and beyond when he assisted in coordinating the KHM Together Again event. He made agents feel welcome and helped shape this unique event. His role is ever evolving, and he is always up for a challenge to make work life better for the team. From holiday decor for the office to coordinating lunches for the team, Madison keeps everything running smoothly.
Lisa Leone (2022)
Director of Sales & Marketing

Lisa was overwhelmingly nominated by the KHM Travel Group team for the Limelight Award. When describing her, the words that come to mind are exemplary, positive, innovative, team player, and amazing manager. She did an incredible job leading the membership team and helped grow our agent network. Now as our Director of Sales & Marketing, she channels her talents into leading our creative marketing team and membership strategies. We are incredibly lucky to have Lisa in our KHM Travel Group family.
Hannah Butler (2023)
Director of Finance and Technology Operations

Hannah has done an excellent job in the organization to streamline processes for our Accounting, Billing, and Commissions departments. She spends time with all of her team members to ensure that they understand their responsibilities. Her door is always open to have conversations with her team and to help our agents. Beyond her contributions as our Director of Finance and Technology Operations, she is also a kind and compassionate team member. She always makes an effort to touch base with others and treats her job with the best interest of the company and our agents in mind.

Director of Operations

Since joining the team in 2011, Bri Greathouse has worked hands-on with internal teams to cultivate stronger collaboration on major company initiatives including our Crystal Conference, the growth of the Regional Program, and important organizational restructuring. Her fellow team members describe her as a fantastic leader, thoughtful, trustworthy, and someone who always manages to get it done with grace, kindness, and excellence. Bri delivers on all KHM Travel Group’s Core Values, often creating space for and amplifying others’ voices.
