What do you appreciate about our travel agents?

“Our agents do not view their job as 9-5, Monday – Friday. I have seen them working all hours of the day when their clients have travel issues. They are dedicated to serving. When they are traveling or not available, they have backup agents to assist clients if they cannot be reached. They are truly committed to making their clients’ travel be as flawless as possible.”

What’s one reason you are proud to support this community?

I remember when our kids were young. If our daughter received a treat from the bank teller, she would ask if her brother could have one too. Our agents are like this; they want the best for everyone. What has impressed you most about our travel agents?

“I appreciate the thoroughness of the planning that our travel agents do when planning a trip; beginning with taking the time to learn what type of traveler I am and my preferences to identifying different choices among supplier and itineraries, to handling the details that ensure the trip goes smoothly by arranging transfers, recommending restaurants, or must see excursions. Having traveled as extensively as our agents do, they possess the wealth of knowledge of the destinations that I don’t even know to concern myself with addressing. That goes a long way in eliminating frustrations.”
