Success isn’t only about earnings, but seeing your hard work pay off is part of it. Last year, we paid a record-breaking $53 million in commissions, including $750,000 in bonus commission to our agents.
203+ Coaching Calls
One of our favorite ways to guide agents is through personalized coaching. Our 10 coaches help agents tackle everything from sales and social media to branding, groups, time management, and more. Just in the first half of 2026, we’ve completed 203+ coaching calls.

Our private Agent Only Facebook Group is always buzzing with the latest tips and agent experiences. With 4,355 members and 6,896 posts/discussions, this lively community is a great place to connect.
$1.4M in Recovered Commissions
Travel agents work hard for commission, and we’re committed to helping make sure those commissions don’t go unpaid. We’ve resolved 7,604 unclaimed bookings (representing $1.4M in recovered commissions for our agents!).
1,781 Outbound Calls
Support isn’t only available when you call us. In the first half of the year, we’ve made 1781 outbound calls to check in, offer encouragement, and see where agents may need an extra boost of confidence.

Last year, KHM Travel Group agents generated a record $458 million+ in annual travel sales. That growth gets noticed by our supplier partners, creating more opportunities for exclusive incentives, FAMs, and other experiences for our agents.
402 First-Time Event Attendees
More and more agents are discovering how game-changing a KHM Travel Group event can be. In 2026, we welcomed 111 first time attendees to our Crystal Conference, 210 first time attendees to Destination Success, and 81 first time attendees to our On the Concourse dates (so far). With the introduction of our event ambassadors, agents can walk into a new event with confidence.
459 First Commission Checks
The pride of seeing your first commission check is a feeling most agents will never forget. So far this year, 459 agents have experienced the joy of receiving their first commission.
$1.7 Million in 1 Week
In 2026, KHM Travel has paid out more than $1 million in commissions for 13 weeks. And on June 24, we reached a record weekly payout of $1.7 million. That represents a lot of travel dreams turning into real income for our agents.
6 Magellan Awards
When we say we’re an award-winning host agency, we have the gold and silver to prove it. We’ve received 6 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards for our video content, Crystal Conference, DE&I, coaching, education, and Level Up webinars.
157 Group Camp Graduates
Groups can be a powerful part of a travel business, and Group Camp is helping agents build the skills to make them happen. Since its introduction in March 2024, 157 agents have completed Group Camp.
167 Local Supplier Events
Our goal is to get education and networking opportunities to our agents, from coast to coast and cities in between. Our Engagement Coordinators have been involved in spreading the word about 167 local supplier events. These include dinner presentations, ship tours, workshops, and more.
Hundreds of Marketing Resources
Building a travel business means wearing a lot of hats and marketing is one of them. Our hands-on sessions, coaching, and Marketing Hub give agents access to hundreds of social media graphics, email templates, videos, and other resources to make marketing a little easier.
