Recapping our Regal Princess Seminar at Sea

More than 30 agents and their guests were welcomed on board the beautiful Regal Princess MedallionClass® ship on March 7 – March 12. Alisa Roberts, KHM Travel Group’s Business Development Manager for Princess Cruises, educated the group with two mornings of training on Princess and Cunard. I was also happy to present a short educational session.
Medallion – TrulyTouchless™ Experiences
The Medallion® device and Medallion app made it easy to board the ship and order food/drinks to where you were located. With the Medallion, there was no need to carry key cards, passports, or credit cards to gain access to the ship, your cabin, or purchases while onboard and in most places in the ports of call. The ports of call included Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic and Grand Turk in Turks and Caicos. Both were easily walkable with shops, access to excursions, and places to enjoy lunch.
Crew members were grateful and welcoming. Over 2,800 guests of all ages enjoyed the sailing and were happy to be traveling again. The ship was clean and crew members were busy sanitizing all areas of the ship throughout the sailing.
Something for Everyone on the Regal Princess
The Regal Princess had a wide variety of ages onboard including spring breakers. I had the opportunity to ask several students if they were enjoying their time onboard. It was a resounding “yes!” They spoke highly of the entertainment and activities. The food was outstanding with several choices for those with special dietary needs.
Spending one-on-one time with KHM Travel Group’s agents and their guests during the sailing was priceless. All were happy to reconnect. Many mentioned they are traveling to gain valuable knowledge of ships and destinations. Bookings are up and our agents are busy with new travel requests!
