Excitement Builds for Largest Crystal Conference

On February 26, 2023, KHM Travel Group will welcome 531 people on board Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas® for our 2023 Crystal Conference. This will be the largest in-person event in our 17-year history!
Networking and educational seminars are hallmarks of this annual event. But there is also time for celebration and relaxation in the schedule. New for 2023 is an interactive onboard scavenger hunt to help agents explore the ship and connect with suppliers. The conference also includes an award ceremony to honor the company’s top producing travel agents.

Registration for the Crystal Conference opened in May. All available staterooms sold out within a few hours! KHM Travel Group was then able to acquire additional inventory from Royal Caribbean and open the opportunity to attend to even more members of the KHM Travel Group family.
The response to the 2023 Crystal Conference is just one indication of the excitement KHM Travel Group agents are feeling for the return of in-person events. There has been strong participation in KHM Travel Group’s in-person educational programs. In fact, one of the largest represented host agencies at Delta Vacations University this fall was KHM Travel Group. Attendance at events is translating into increased production. The company is seeing strong booking and sales activity and will easily surpass our 2019 sales results.
