KHM Travel Group prides itself on offering the best educational events for travel agents. We are always looking to create content to help agents at all levels gain the knowledge and confidence they need.
The main educational events we host in Northeast Ohio are Boot Camp 1.0, Boot Camp 2.0, Destination Success, and The Luxury Symposium. We often get questions from agents like, “Which event is best for my business right now?” and “What can I expect from this event?”
If you are considering one of our educational events in Ohio, this quick guide will help you determine which is right for you, depending on your current business needs and goals.
Boot Camp 1.0

Boot Camp 1.0 is typically four days, beginning on Tuesday and going through Friday afternoon. New in 2025, we’re offering a special 3-day weekend Boot Camp 1.0 for those who can’t attend events during the week due to other work or family commitments. This jam-packed weekend begins on Friday morning and ends on Sunday afternoon.

Boot Camp 1.0’s focus is giving agents everything they need to establish a solid foundation for their business. We cover a lot of ground, including developing a business mindset, choosing suppliers, working in myTravelCRM, an intro to marketing, closing a sale, and compliance.
What will attendees walk away with?
Our goal is for attendees to gain the right tools, practical knowledge, and confidence. Prior to leaving, our Education team discusses the next steps, including what agents should do when they get home. On top of that, we hope agents leave feeling more connected to the KHM Travel Group community, including our staff and fellow attendees. For many Boot Campers, this event is the first time they get to meet other agents face-to-face!
