1. “How do I find my supplier commission rates?”

Commission rates vary by supplier and booking type. KHM Travel Group’s Agent Portal includes a Supplier Directory with 200+ suppliers. Each supplier page includes important information like commission rates, booking websites, BDM contact info, and helpful tips.

2. “I can’t log in to VAX VacationAccess or another supplier site…what do I do?”

With so many passwords and logins, we often hear of access issues with booking portals. This is common, especially for newer agents. Agent Support does their best to help troubleshoot these login issues and directs agents to take the necessary steps for password resets.

3. “How do I book a group trip or cruise?”

Group bookings involve specific processes, so it’s no surprise that we’re often asked about setting up a group. Luckily, our Group Team has expertise in all areas of groups from marketing to making payments. We offer online courses, resources, worksheets, and even one-on-one coaching for how to book groups as a travel agent.

4. “Where do I register with a new supplier?”

Travel agent supplier questions come in every day. First, we recommend trying to find what you’re looking for with one of KHM Travel Group’s Preferred Suppliers. 5. “I’m a new agent. What educational opportunities can help me?”

There is no shortage of education in the travel industry through your host agency and suppliers! At KHM Travel Group, we have online courses through our Learning Management System. 6. “Does KHM Travel Group issue I.D. cards that I can use for travel agent rates or personal travel?”

We don’t issue I.D. cards. Instead, we encourage agents to apply for a CLIA or IATA card that can be used for a number of things, including obtaining travel agent exclusive benefits or rates. We guide agents through the process of obtaining these cards and understanding our personal travel policy.

7. “How do I use my CRM or email marketing tools?”

Many agents struggle with the tech side of client management. Included in your membership is myTravelCRM, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for overseeing your business’s operations and keeping your client and trip information organized in one place.

Because travel agents are not licensed to sell insurance, we often direct agents back to our trusted supplier partners for assistance.

9. “How do I handle a supplier service issue or complaint?”
