AMResorts FAM Trip Gives KHM Travel Agents a Taste of Unlimited Luxury

On a FAM trip with KHM Travel Group agents and staff!
Between November 1-5, 2015 a group of 61 energetic agents and staff toured 10 resorts, and discovered what each had to offer travel clients.
Accompanying the agents during this 4-day Apple Vacations FAM were President/CEO Rick Zimmerman, Agency Trainer Beth Klubnik, Memberships Supervisor Bri Greathouse, Digital Marketing & Design Manager Tanya Perez and Training Assistant Brigett Gerber.
With so many site inspections, this FAM was a busy one, but when the properties are as alluring and luxurious as the AMResort properties around Cancun, the job is a lot less tedious!

The first two evenings were spent at the lush and elegant Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa, where they enjoyed a welcome cocktail reception on the evening of their arrival.
The next day, the KHM Travel crew was treated to a sneak peek of Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya just four days before its grand opening. This colorful, modern adults-only property includes an open-air theater and three pristine pools – one is an oceanfront infinity pool!

On Day 1, they also toured Dreams Puerto Aventuras, Secrets Capri, and Secrets Maroma Beach.
The following morning they checked out of Dreams Tulum and went in search of more Unlimited-Luxury®. They found it at Secrets Silversands, Secrets the Vine, Secrets Playa Mujeres and finally, Dreams Sands Cancun before checking in at their second host resort, Dreams Riviera Cancun.

After two full days of site inspections, they were ready for a little R&R! Fortunately, they had the next day to themselves, and got to experience the resort’s pool and amenities first-hand.
They celebrated a few very productive – and fun – days in Cancun with a farewell dinner at El Patio restaurant at Dreams Riviera Cancun, which serves fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine.
