Boot Camp 2.0 

While our Boot Camp 1.0 event is geared toward brand new travel agents laying the foundation for their businesses, Boot Camp 2.0 taps into the ongoing needs of established agents: continued education with our suppliers, immersive marketing presentations that teach best practices, methods for improving task workflow and structure, and even a deep dive into your agency numbers and how to make sense of the data. 

On the Concourse  

We love when you come to see us in northeast Ohio, but did you know we travel around the country for educational events, too? Members of our Engagement Team host On the Concourse, where agents gather for the day to learn more about the teams at KHM Travel Group, our company’s Core Values, the various programs available to our agents, hear a supplier presentation, and ask questions. These events are often structured around the needs of the group, and each participant receives a detailed copy of their sales report for analysis.  

Coaching Program 

For personalized, one-on-one advising, several team members across the Agent Support, Education, and Marketing teams (most of whom are also travel agents!) are available for coaching calls to educate and empower you in the areas you need direction. These sessions provide an opportunity to ask specific questions about a variety of topics, learn new strategies to try, and obtain helpful resources that can further guide you in running your business. 

Regional Program 

Connect with other travel advisors in your region via casual and conversational Zoom sessions and in-person Team-Ups to learn about industry events local to you and make some friends along the way.

Our strong relationships and sales numbers with many of the industry’s top suppliers allow us to offer some of the most competitive commission rates. Pinnacle Agents receive an increase in their commission amount to 90%, while Diamond and Diamond Elite Pinnacle Agents keep 100% of their commission amounts. 

Access to Extensive List of Trusted Suppliers 

Our Preferred Supplier list isn’t just representative of the big names in the travel industry – it’s a testament to the relationships we have cultivated over the years. This translates to strong customer care, higher commission, and business development managers that work closely with us to provide education and support to our travel agents. The approved supplier list supports the preferred list with even more (fully vetted) suppliers, like tour companies, cruise lines, DMCs, and more.
