“Your success is our destination” is Travel Impressions’ slogan, and our new Business Development Manager, William Gozzard is excited to help agents reach success!
William’s start in the travel industry was somewhat of accident. He was working at a market research firm, and wanted to advance into a management role. In his job search, he came across a job posting for Sandals, which turned into a three-year stint as a Business Development Manager for Western Pennsylvania with Unique Vacations.
While working in the field with Sandals, he heard rave reviews of Travel Impressions from agents.
This positive reputation led him to join the Travel Impressions team less than a year ago.
“What brought me to Travel Impressions is their passion to empower the agent with resources and their willingness to go above and beyond for travel partners,” says William. “They truly want to be your partner.”
For William, it’s rewarding to spend time with agents and learn about their business. It allows him to help them find creative and unique ways to grow.
“I’m really looking forward to meeting the agents and learning about the unique ways they are making their clients’ dreams come true,” he adds.
He has yet to meet a lot of KHM Travel Agents, but he points out that having such strength in numbers is a huge advantage. Both new and experienced agents are able to benefit from the solid, established relationship KHM Travel has built with suppliers.
“Having a strong host that handles the business empowers agents to spend more time helping clients and doing what they do best,” Williams says. “That’s making their clients dreams come true!”
