KHM Travel Group is honored to welcome Laurence Pinckney, CEO of Zenbiz Travel, LLC into our Agent Hall of Fame.
Laurence was selected for induction by meeting all the Hall of Fame criteria. Criteria includes 10+ years with KHM Travel Group and Platinum or higher Pinnacle status. Inductees must also invest time, talent, and resources into supporting fellow travel agents and the travel community.

Laurence’s love of travel began in childhood after a trip from Philadelphia to the dazzling lights of New York City. He visited World’s Fair of 1964 among travelers from all walks of life.
Later in life, he realized his passion extended beyond destinations—it’s about the stories built along the way. That philosophy, fifteen years ago, became the heartbeat of Zenbiz Travel, LLC. The focus is not just on trips, but on unforgettable experiences.
Over the years, Laurence has earned four Crystal Awards as a top producer for Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival.
Beyond his sales achievements, Laurence has significantly impacted the travel industry through leadership and a passion for uplifting others. He represents the larger travel advisor community through his involvement on the Northstar/Travel Weekly Black Travel Advisor Committee. He is also a Certified Travel Associate with The Travel Institute and member of ASTA and CLIA.
