Amanda (Mandy) Goddard, M.Ed., ECC, an industry advocate and respected leader in the cruise industry, has been officially inducted into the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding contributions and leadership in shaping the future of cruising.
As an industry advocate, Mandy has dedicated her career to spreading the passion for cruise travel by educating colleagues and turning dreams into cherished memories for thousands of clients. Her induction into the prestigious CLIA Hall of Fame serves as a testament to her passion for innovation, commitment to excellence, and leadership in creating lasting impacts within the sector.

Throughout her career, Mandy has been at the forefront of sharing her vast cruise knowledge with her industry peers and guiding clients to the best cruise experiences. She has been a passionate advocate for using the world as a classroom, both for her own family and others, in a variety of ways. Since her first cruise in 2000 and wedding cruise in 2003, she has enjoyed cruising across 22 different cruise lines as both a consumer in the early years as well as now an advisor.
The CLIA Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the cruise industry and whose contributions have had a lasting impact on its success and evolution. Inductees are based on their leadership, dedication, and ability to shape the future of cruising.
In addition to this prestigious induction, Mandy was KHM Travel Group’s Top Agent for 2024 for the Southwest region, as well as Top KHM Travel Group Agent in 2024 for Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises. In 2023, she was the Top KHM Travel Group Agent for AmaWaterways and Royal Caribbean.
Amanda has received numerous accolades over the years, including serving on state education committees and earning multiple honors as Teacher of the Year during her years teaching secondary mathematics in public schools prior to transitioning to the cruise industry full-time in 2012 that enabled her to merge two passions in using the world as an amazing classroom. She continues to be a driving force in the cruise industry, inspiring future agents aspiring to serve others.
