Especially in challenging times, it’s important to stay true to who you are. Authenticity is one of KHM Travel Group’s Core Values. We are committed to this value because it opens the door for diversity and self-empowerment.
In striving for authenticity, “we will present ourselves in a professional, sincere, and honest way, and encourage others to do the same.” We asked our team to share why they value authenticity at KHM Travel Group and how it allows them to shine as individuals. Each of us is a unique person with qualities and beliefs that make us who we are. The beauty of recognizing our individual strengths is that we can move forward with honesty, trust, and authenticity. Being our authentic selves empowers us to serve and support one another every step of the journey.
Authenticity allows drives inclusion and representation in our company. As mentioned in the video, we have a Diversity & Inclusion Committee that is comprised of team members and travel agents. We are committed to Diversity & Inclusion and have partnered with industry leaders like Travel Professionals of Color. This new partnership empowers us to be proactive in providing resources and promoting a culture of respect and care in the travel industry.
