Travel agent education has always been a core component for KHM Travel Group. The latest way we’re building upon our agent engagement efforts is the appointment of Carolyn Orf to Education Manager.

In this new role, Carolyn will lead the content development for our online Learning Management System. She’ll also oversee all material for our in-person Boot Camp events.

If you tune into KHM Today every Wednesday at 3pm EST, you’ll recognize Carolyn as our host! Her engaging interviews and segments have helped the talk show reach a broader audience of travel professionals.

Carolyn joined the KHM Travel Group team in March 2020. She brought with her 15 years of experience operating her own travel agency. Along with her background in travel, Carolyn has a solid foundation in the education field, earning her Master of Education degree from Colorado State University.
