Though cruising may be on hold for the moment, we know that many agents and their clients are eager to set sail again. We hope this firsthand account of what it’s like to sail with Royal Caribbean will help agents look ahead to the return of cruising and inspire their clients to book a future vacation. Royal Caribbean is now accepting booking in 2021!
What is your idea of the perfect vacation? Is it lounging by the pool catching up on your reading list? Is it ziplining 100 feet over jungle terrain? Do you like to explore at leisure, or do you dive into the unknown?
The “perfect vacation” isn’t one-size-fits-all. Royal Caribbean can connect your clients with the chills they crave, the thrills they thirst for, and any combination in between.
Relax Onboard
When sailing with Royal Caribbean, you will never be bored, but you will be relaxed. Chill travelers can spend their days pampering in the spa and their nights drinking fine wine in a cozy lounge-like Vintages. The Solarium, an adults-only oasis, is the perfect spot to grab a lounge chair, read a book, and work on your tan. Guests can get in on the action and place a bid for a one-of-a-kind souvenir at the art auctions or simply take in the beauty.
Welcome to Chill Island
Royal Caribbean takes chill to a whole new level at their private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay. The appropriately named, Chill Island is a slice of paradise. With daybeds, hammocks, and cabanas, your clients will have no problem finding a place to lay back. They can cool off in the bright blue ocean water or grab a drink at the swim-up bar in Oasis Lagoon, the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean!
Find Your Thrill
We haven’t forgotten about the thrill-thirsty travelers. Each Royal Caribbean ship has adventures available right onboard. Passengers all off ages will be racing to the amazing waterslides, like the Typhoon and Cyclone, Supercell, The Perfect Storm, and Riptide. The Sky Pad is a virtual trampoline experience for your clients to have some high-flying fun! Or take in the view of the ocean from the top of the Rock-Climbing Wall that reaches 40 feet above deck.
With the Adventure Ocean program, younger cruisers are grouped by age, ranging from toddlers to teens, leaving no traveler behind. The arcade, laser tag, and bumper cars are also great for the young or young at heart.
Welcome to the Thrill Side
The thrills keep coming on Perfect Day at CocoCay. Thrill Waterpark is home to Daredevil’s Peak, the tallest waterslide in North America. This slide towers over the island at 135 feet tall. Those looking to take their thrills to even higher heights will love Up Up and Away, a helium balloon ride that climbs to 450 feet above the land and sea. The Wave Pool, Adventure Pool, and Splash Summit are a little closer to the ground but still offer heart-pounding fun.
Finding the perfect fit your clients is just one of the many invaluable services you provide as a travel agent. Knowing the ins-and-outs of everything Royal Caribbean has to offer will ensure your clients have the Perfect Day. And it will keep them coming back to you, trip after trip.
