We’re thrilled to be on our annual Crystal Conference! Months of planning have gone into making this conference an enjoyable experience for all. Take the next few days to meet your suppliers and fellow agents, share advice, and celebrate your success of the past year. Also be sure to take time to soak in all that the Reflection has to offer, so you can return home and continue to make your mark as a travel agent!

Our 2024 Crystal Conference is all about: 

Recognition – In 2024, we’ll celebrate our top agents, along with every level in our Agent Journey. From huge accomplishments to everyday victories, we’re recognizing you for all you do. 

Inspiration – Renew your love of travel by taking time away from your office to combine your passion and an investment in your business. Gain words of motivation during a special keynote from Katina Athanasiou, Celebrity Cruises Senior Vice President, Sales & Services.

Community – We’re stronger together. Meet new friends and share ideas and best practices.  Hear what has worked for other agents. Whether you’re new or experienced, all agents have a place and are invited to Crystal. 

Knowledge – Learn more about our suppliers, KHM Travel Group team members, and each other. Discover more about the Celebrity brand and all it can offer your clients, plus experience beautiful ports of call–George Town, Grand Cayman; Cozumel, Mexico; and Bimini, Bahamas.

Info for 2024 Conference Attendees

Check-In: If you haven’t already, please check in for the sailing as soon as possible. If you have guests, please remind them to check in as well. Visit https://www.celebritycruises.com/account or the Celebrity app. If you have never sailed Celebrity before, you will need to create an account. When checking in, enter passport information for all traveling, a credit card for onboard purchases, and select a port arrival time. We encourage early embarkation.

Once you visit your muster station, come pick up your registration bag at Sky Observation Lounge – Deck 14 between 12:30 and 3:30pm. While you are there, take a picture with Rick and meet other KHM Team Members. Our Welcome show will be at 4pm to give you more information about what to expect for the week!

Agent Teams: You should have received an email from us that includes your team leader and name. You should expect to hear from your team leader soon, if you haven’t already. As a reminder, these teams are just a fun way to get to know your fellow agents. We encourage you to sit together for dinner the first night and complete the Scavenger Hunt together if you’d like!

*Accessibility Ship Tour – SOLD OUT!
Join Ron Pettit, Director of Accessibility at Royal Caribbean Group, and Amy Garner, from our Engagement Team, for an accessibility-focused tour of the Celebrity Reflection. This tour will take 60-90 minutes and showcase the accessibility features and programs available from Celebrity Cruises. Due to limited capacity, guests are not invited to join us for this tour.
