- Welcome Reception and Cocktail Party: Meet new friends and catch up with those who are here to support your journey.
- General Sessions and Keynote Speech: Grow your knowledge of the topics that matter most to your business. And get inspired to take your agency to the next level. New this year, guest general session. Invite your guest to an optional open discussion to learn about the industry and best support you through your agent journey.

From Reflections with Rick each morning to an entertaining party by the pool and interactive sessions, you’ll have plenty of time to get to know the entire team. For the first time ever, we’ll all be at Crystal!
