Our committee advocates for diversity
KHM Travel Group believes in putting People First, and we strive to practice this, and all our Core Values, every day. We define People First as, “We will affirm the priceless value of people, in that we will always treat others with respect, honor, and dignity.”
To treat everyone with respect, honor, and dignity means embracing and advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. That is why, in 2017, we created our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee comprised of our independent travel agents and corporate team members.
Our committee meets regularly to develop goals and strategies aimed at improving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the travel industry. Learn more about the history and mission of our DE&I Committee in our video below.
